7 oz chopped pork meat • 7 oz chopped chicken meat • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley • 1 clove chopped garlic • 4 slices bread • ½ cup milk • 1 tablespoon nutmeg • 1 egg • ¾ grated parmigiano cheese • 4 oz slices ham steak • 4 oz soft cheese • ¾ oz butter • thin salt • black pepper
Put the slices of bread in milk in order to soften them.
Put the two types of meat in a bowl, add parmigiano cheese, parsley, chopped garlic, nutmeg, egg, salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, squeeze the slices of bread and dice them. After that add the dices into the bowl.
Mix the contents of the bowl until having a uniform mixture.
Take a bake sheet and lay it out with a sheet of baking paper. Pour the mixture on the bake sheet and put the slices of ham steak and the cheese all over it.
Envelop the mixture starting from the sides and than put it in a casserole dish previously buttered.
You can complete the dish putting some diced potatoes with olive oil and rosemary as a side dish next to the meatloaf and bake them together at 356°F for about 30 minutes.
